What is Regens Unite?

Regens Unite is a gathering format and global movement designed to bring together individuals, communities, and organizations committed to regeneration: of ourselves, our relationships, and our planet.

Unlike traditional conferences, Regens Unite events are not about speakers and slides. It is about participation and presence - a space where diverse people connect across disciplines and differences to co-create a future rooted in care, reciprocity, and resilience.

✨ Core Idea

Regens Unite exists to:

  • Bridge silos between people working in different aspects of regeneration (from permaculture to digital systems, social activism to healing).

  • Create a brave and playful space to be human together - free from dogma, jargon, or winner-takes-all thinking.

  • Model regeneration in action, not just theorize. From logistics to how we relate.

🌀 It’s not a conference.

It’s a relational experiment.

  • No spectators: everyone is a participant.

  • No PowerPoints - only Power Circles.

  • No “speakers” - only facilitators of shared inquiry.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who comes to Regens Unite?

People from all walks of regeneration:

  • Tech and regenerative finance

  • Land stewards and farmers

  • Community weavers and educators

  • Indigenous knowledge holders

  • Artists, activists, and healers

Together, they:

  • Share tools, stories, and struggles.

  • Host and participate in peer-led sessions.

  • Reconnect as humans across difference.

🪷 What makes it regenerative?

A Regens Unite event is:

  • Inclusive and diverse in participation.

  • Low-waste and locally grounded.

  • Process-oriented, not just outcomes-driven.

  • Facilitated with care, designed to nourish connection.

It is a place where participants leave feeling more whole, not more depleted - regenerated, not extracted.

💡 Why it matters

In a world of burnout, polarization, and ecological collapse, Regens Unite invites us to relate differently to ourselves, each other, and the systems we live within. We don’t need more conferences; we need more connection.

“People won’t remember what you said, they’ll remember how you made them feel.”

Regens Unite aims to be that feeling—a living prototype for the future we want to live in.
